1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all major cities and towns. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (subject to availability and additional charges)
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999; ₹50-₹100 for orders below ₹999.
Express Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select locations. Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assist in resolving the issue.

9. International Shipping
