Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

4. Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. Perishable goods, intimate wear, customized items, and clearance sale products are not eligible for return or refund.

5. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at DKSlexicorn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with pictures of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
